AC Milan U20 and Empoli U20 meet on Saturday, Mar 20 at 11:00 AM in the Campionato Primavera 1.
AC Milan U20 come into this fixture in mixed form (2W 1D 2L). Empoli U20, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 2D 0L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. AC Milan U20 head into this on the back of a defeat, while Empoli U20 arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
Head-to-head records offer little separation — AC Milan U20 and Empoli U20 have split their 2 meetings almost evenly (1W–0D–1W). Their last encounter ended in AC Milan U20 won 0–1. These two tend to produce goals — averaging 3.0 per game in recent meetings.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives AC Milan U20 a slight edge, but Empoli U20 are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
