Anstey Nomads welcome Peterborough Sports at Cropston Road, Leicester, Leicestershire on Saturday, Apr 3 at 4:00 PM in a Southern League Premier – Central fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 2 points split them in the table.

Anstey Nomads come into this fixture in mixed form (2W 2D 1L). Peterborough Sports, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 1D 1L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. Anstey Nomads head into this on the back of a defeat, while Peterborough Sports arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.

Head-to-head records offer little separation — Anstey Nomads and Peterborough Sports have split their 1 meetings almost evenly (0W–0D–1W). Their last encounter ended in Anstey Nomads won 1–2. These two tend to produce goals — averaging 3.0 per game in recent meetings.

Verdict: Little separates these two on form or history. Home advantage could be the deciding factor — a narrow Anstey Nomads win or a draw looks most likely.
