Banbury United host Anstey Nomads at The Spencer Stadium, Banbury, Oxfordshire on Saturday, Jan 2 at 4:00 PM in the Southern League Premier – Central.

Banbury United come into this fixture out of form (1W 2L recently). Anstey Nomads, meanwhile, arrive in mixed form (2W 2D 1L) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks.

Head-to-head records offer little separation — Banbury United and Anstey Nomads have split their 1 meetings almost evenly (0W–0D–1W). Their last encounter ended in Banbury United won 0–3. These two tend to produce goals — averaging 3.0 per game in recent meetings.

Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Banbury United a slight edge, but Anstey Nomads are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
