Carlton Town and Mickleover Sports meet at Bill Stokeld Stadium, Nottingham, East Midlands on Saturday, Dec 19 at 4:00 PM with both clubs firmly in the mix for the European places in the Northern Premier League – Midlands Division. Just 1 point separate them in the standings.

Carlton Town come into this fixture drawing too many games (3D in last 5). Mickleover Sports, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 1D 1L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks.

Verdict: Little separates these two on form or history. Home advantage could be the deciding factor — a narrow Carlton Town win or a draw looks most likely.
