Dunfermline Athletic and Raith Rovers meet at KDM Group East End Park, Dunfermline on Saturday, Dec 26 at 4:00 PM with both clubs firmly in the mix for the European places in the Championship. Just 2 points separate them in the standings.
Dunfermline Athletic come into this fixture drawing too many games (3D in last 5). Raith Rovers travel in mixed form (2W 1D 2L), which may hand the initiative to the hosts. Dunfermline Athletic won their last outing, while Raith Rovers suffered defeat — home advantage backed by momentum.
In 10 previous meetings, Dunfermline Athletic lead 6–4 with 0 draws. Their last encounter ended in Dunfermline Athletic won 1–0.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Dunfermline Athletic a slight edge, but Raith Rovers are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
