FC Liege and Sporting Hasselt meet on Saturday, Feb 20 at 8:00 PM in the Challenger Pro League.
FC Liege come into this fixture struggling badly (0W 3L in last 5). Sporting Hasselt, meanwhile, arrive in mixed form (2W 0D 3L) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. FC Liege head into this on the back of a defeat, while Sporting Hasselt arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
In 6 previous meetings, FC Liege lead 1–3 with 2 draws. Their last encounter ended in a 0–0 draw. These two tend to produce goals — averaging 3.4 per game in recent meetings.
Verdict: Despite home advantage, Sporting Hasselt arrive in better form and with the historical edge. This could be a tricky afternoon for FC Liege. Sporting Hasselt to win.
