FC Salzburg face Ararat Armenia at Red Bull Arena, Wals-Siezenheim on Thursday, Nov 26 at 6:45 PM in a basement battle that neither side can afford to lose. Both clubs are deep in the relegation picture in the League Stage, and defeat here could prove costly come the end of the season.

FC Salzburg come into this fixture in mixed form (1W 1D 1L). Ararat Armenia travel struggling badly (0W 3L in last 3), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.

Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives FC Salzburg a slight edge, but Ararat Armenia are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
