Hemel Hempstead host Maidstone United at Vauxhall Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire on Saturday, Nov 7 at 4:00 PM in the National League – South.
Hemel Hempstead come into this fixture drawing too many games (3D in last 5). Maidstone United, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 0D 2L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. Hemel Hempstead head into this on the back of a defeat, while Maidstone United arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
Despite playing at home, Hemel Hempstead face a side that has dominated this fixture historically. Maidstone United have won 4 of 10 encounters, with 5 draws. Their last encounter ended in Maidstone United won 0–1.
Verdict: Maidstone United's quality should tell even on the road. Hemel Hempstead will push, but the visitors have too much class. Maidstone United to win.
