Herne Bay host Crowborough Athletic at Winch's Field, Herne Bay, Kent on Saturday, Dec 5 at 4:00 PM in the Isthmian League – South East Division.
Herne Bay come into this fixture in good form (3W 2D 0L recently). Crowborough Athletic travel out of form (1W 2L recently), which may hand the initiative to the hosts. Herne Bay won their last outing, while Crowborough Athletic suffered defeat — home advantage backed by momentum.
Verdict: The gulf in league position makes Herne Bay clear favorites, but Crowborough Athletic have shown they can grind out results. Expect Herne Bay to take the points, potentially without being at their best.
