Horsham welcome Hemel Hempstead at Hop Oast, Horsham, West Sussex on Saturday, Jan 2 at 4:00 PM in a National League – South fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 1 point split them in the table.
Horsham come into this fixture out of form (1W 2L recently). Hemel Hempstead, meanwhile, arrive drawing too many games (3D in last 5) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks.
In 3 previous meetings, Horsham lead 2–0 with 1 draws. Their last encounter ended in Horsham won 2–0.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Horsham a slight edge, but Hemel Hempstead are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
