KV Mechelen host Gent at Argosstadion Achter de Kazerne, Mechelen (Malines) on Saturday, Apr 10 at 5:00 PM in the Belgian Pro League.
KV Mechelen come into this fixture struggling badly (0W 3L in last 5). Gent, meanwhile, arrive in red-hot form (4W from last 5) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks.
Despite playing at home, KV Mechelen face a side that has dominated this fixture historically. Gent have won 5 of 10 encounters, with 3 draws. Their last encounter ended in KV Mechelen won 0–2.
Verdict: Despite home advantage, Gent arrive in better form and with the historical edge. This could be a tricky afternoon for KV Mechelen. Gent to win.
