Liverpool W welcome Birmingham City W at Totally Wicked Stadium, St Helens, Merseyside on Sunday, Feb 14 at 3:00 PM in a FA Women’s Super League fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 1 point split them in the table.
Liverpool W come into this fixture struggling badly (1W 3L in last 5). Birmingham City W travel out of form (0W 2L recently), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Despite playing at home, Liverpool W face a side that has dominated this fixture historically. Birmingham City W have won 6 of 10 encounters, with 1 draws. Their last encounter ended in Liverpool W won 0–2.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Liverpool W a slight edge, but Birmingham City W are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
