Liverpool W welcome Crystal Palace W at Totally Wicked Stadium, St Helens, Merseyside on Sunday, Dec 20 at 3:00 PM in a FA Women’s Super League fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 1 point split them in the table.
Liverpool W come into this fixture struggling badly (1W 3L in last 5). Crystal Palace W travel out of form (0W 2L recently), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Head-to-head records offer little separation — Liverpool W and Crystal Palace W have split their 2 meetings almost evenly (1W–1D–0W). Their last encounter ended in Crystal Palace W won 0–1.
Verdict: Little separates these two on form or history. Home advantage could be the deciding factor — a narrow Liverpool W win or a draw looks most likely.
