Maccabi Herzliya welcome Maccabi Ahi Nazareth today at 3:00 PM in a Liga Leumit fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 1 point split them in the table.
Maccabi Herzliya come into this fixture out of form (1W 2L recently). Maccabi Ahi Nazareth travel struggling badly (1W 3L in last 5), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Despite playing at home, Maccabi Herzliya face a side that has dominated this fixture historically. Maccabi Ahi Nazareth have won 6 of 10 encounters, with 1 draws. Their last encounter ended in Maccabi Herzliya won 2–1.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Maccabi Herzliya a slight edge, but Maccabi Ahi Nazareth are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
