Mickleover Sports and Basford United meet on Saturday, Apr 17 at 4:00 PM with both clubs firmly in the mix for the European places in the Northern Premier League – Midlands Division. Just 1 point separate them in the standings.

Mickleover Sports come into this fixture in good form (3W 1D 1L recently). Basford United travel in good form (3W 0D 2L recently), which may hand the initiative to the hosts. Mickleover Sports won their last outing, while Basford United suffered defeat — home advantage backed by momentum.

Verdict: Little separates these two on form or history. Home advantage could be the deciding factor — a narrow Mickleover Sports win or a draw looks most likely.
