National Bank host Modern Sport FC at Suez Canal Authority Stadium, al-Qāhirah (Cairo) on Wednesday, Feb 10 at 8:30 PM in the Premier League.
National Bank come into this fixture in mixed form (2W 0D 3L). Modern Sport FC, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 1D 1L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. National Bank head into this on the back of a defeat, while Modern Sport FC arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
History strongly favours National Bank here — they've won 5 of 10 previous meetings against Modern Sport FC, with 3 draws. Their last encounter ended in National Bank won 2–1.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives National Bank a slight edge, but Modern Sport FC are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
