Quorn host Ilkeston Town at Farley Way Stadium, Quorn on Saturday, Jan 2 at 4:00 PM in the Northern Premier League.
Quorn come into this fixture drawing too many games (3D in last 5). Ilkeston Town travel in mixed form (2W 0D 3L), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Head-to-head records offer little separation — Quorn and Ilkeston Town have split their 1 meetings almost evenly (1W–0D–0W). Their last encounter ended in Ilkeston Town won 0–2.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Quorn a slight edge, but Ilkeston Town are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
