Sassuolo U20 and Empoli U20 meet on Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 AM in the Campionato Primavera 1.
Sassuolo U20 come into this fixture struggling badly (1W 3L in last 5). Empoli U20, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 2D 0L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. Sassuolo U20 head into this on the back of a defeat, while Empoli U20 arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
Head-to-head records offer little separation — Sassuolo U20 and Empoli U20 have split their 3 meetings almost evenly (2W–0D–1W). Their last encounter ended in Sassuolo U20 won 1–2.
Verdict: Empoli U20's quality should tell even on the road. Sassuolo U20 will push, but the visitors have too much class. Empoli U20 to win.
