Preview · Spalding United vs Merthyr Town
AI · Nov 21
Spalding United welcome Merthyr Town at Sir Halley Stewart Field, Spalding, Lincolnshire on Saturday, Nov 21 at 4:00 PM in a National League – North fixture that's tighter on paper than the positions suggest — just 1 point split them in the table.
Spalding United come into this fixture in good form (3W 0D 2L recently). Merthyr Town travel in mixed form (2W 2D 1L), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Verdict: Little separates these two on form or history. Home advantage could be the deciding factor — a narrow Spalding United win or a draw looks most likely.
