St.Albans host Leatherhead at Clarence Park, St. Albans, Hertfordshire on Saturday, Jan 23 at 4:00 PM in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
St.Albans come into this fixture in good form (3W 1D 1L recently). Leatherhead travel out of form (1W 2L recently), which may hand the initiative to the hosts. St.Albans head into this on the back of a defeat, while Leatherhead arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
Verdict: The gulf in league position makes St.Albans clear favorites, but Leatherhead have shown they can grind out results. Expect St.Albans to take the points, potentially without being at their best.
