Whitby host Warrington Rylands at Turnbull Ground, Whitby, North Yorkshire on Saturday, Jan 9 at 4:00 PM in the Northern Premier League.
Whitby come into this fixture in mixed form (2W 1D 2L). Warrington Rylands, meanwhile, arrive in good form (3W 1D 1L recently) — actually the better-performing side in recent weeks. Whitby head into this on the back of a defeat, while Warrington Rylands arrive off a win — momentum clearly with the visitors.
In 10 previous meetings, Whitby lead 5–3 with 2 draws. Their last encounter ended in a 1–1 draw.
Verdict: Warrington Rylands's quality should tell even on the road. Whitby will push, but the visitors have too much class. Warrington Rylands to win.
