Young Boys host St. Gallen at Wankdorfstadion, Bern on Saturday, Oct 24 at 8:30 PM in the Super League.
Young Boys come into this fixture drawing too many games (3D in last 5). St. Gallen travel in mixed form (2W 0D 3L), which may hand the initiative to the hosts.
Head-to-head records offer little separation — Young Boys and St. Gallen have split their 10 meetings almost evenly (5W–1D–4W). Their last encounter ended in St. Gallen won 2–1. These two tend to produce goals — averaging 3.0 per game in recent meetings.
Verdict: This looks an evenly matched contest. Home advantage gives Young Boys a slight edge, but St. Gallen are capable of causing problems. A draw would be a fair result.
